Who We Are
BeWell was founded in 2022 in Stamford, CT in order to provide the need for comprehensive massage services that support and foster the health of our clients in need. We offer a variety of holistic therapeutic massage treatments at reduced to no cost to veterans, seniors, and persons with disabilities and chronic conditions. Our mission is to aid our clients in self-care pain management and improve their quality of life. We aim to improve and help them to maintain optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, BeWell provides the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.

Founded by Wenshy Preval, a dedicated practitioner and leader in trauma-sensitive care, Be Well Therapeutics is committed to offering compassionate, clinically informed therapeutic massage services that meet each client where they are.
About Our Executive Director

Our work is grounded in the understanding that pain is not always visible but can profoundly affect every aspect of life. This philosophy inspired our Executive Director, Wenshy Preval, to author Touch Beyond Presence: A Trauma-Sensitive Guide to Working with Phantom Limb Pain Through the Sacred Power of Therapeutic Massage. Drawing from years of clinical experience in neuromuscular reprogramming and other healing modalities, Wenshy’s book invites caregivers, massage therapists, and healing professionals to approach invisible pain with skill, presence, and deep compassion. It serves as a guiding resource for how we care for our clients—honoring each person's journey toward healing as a sacred relationship.
